Introduction
A fitness guru claims that “these 4 habits will make it 10x faster, effortless and sustainable”—losing weight isn’t simply about eating less and exercising more.
It turns out that “weekend calories” also matter if you want to reduce weight, shed pounds, and keep it off. Fitness instructor Sunil Shetty (@profoundly_m3 on Instagram), who assists numerous clients in their weight loss endeavors, asserts that meals should be planned to prevent weight gain because what you eat on the weekends matters. Four routines to help you lose weight ten times more quickly:
“Achieving weight loss becomes 10 times faster when you accept” are some basic behaviors that Sunil mentioned in a recent Instagram post. These four behaviors will make weight loss ten times quicker, easier, and more sustainable than simply cutting back on food and increasing physical activity. He added, “Once you master these habits, losing weight won’t feel like a struggle—it’ll feel natural.” He also included a list of his best practices.
1. Sleep is essential
Establish a regular bedtime, prioritize getting seven to nine hours of good sleep, and experiment with foods that promote sleep, such as bananas, almonds, chamomile tea, and turmeric milk, Sunil advised. Reduce the amount of time spent on screens before bed.
2. Rest days are required.
Take one or two days off each week to recuperate and prevent burnout. Epsom salt baths, foam rolling, and active rest like yoga or walking along with meals like coconut water, Greek yogurt, and berries speed up the healing process of muscles, according to Sunil.
3. Calories from the weekend also matter.
“Plan and be mindful,” he continued. Replace chips with handmade popcorn, dark chocolate for desserts, and fruit-infused water for sugary drinks. Try paneer skewers or roasted makhana for a high-protein snack.
4. Deal with stress every day
Add stress-relieving foods like spinach, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and green tea, and get moving every day and take deep breaths. Sunil continued, “Cut back on caffeine and concentrate on activities that help you relax, like meditation, walks, or hobbies.”
